How to factory reset a SNOM phone

Factory Reset your snom phone (except MeetingPoint)

  1. Power off the device.
  2. Press, hold the “#” key and power on the device.
  3. Keep holding the “#” button until the message “Rescue Mode” appears:
  1. Select the “1. Setting reset” option, by pressing the number “1” on the phone.
  2. After restart, your phone will be successfully reset.
